The Futurist Multi-functional complex is an apartment building with built-in rooms and an integrated garage.

There are many historical monuments in this part of the city, including industrial construction.  During the construction of the Futurist residential complex the Levashovsky large-scale bakery will be reconstructed.

The interior design is based on a game of contrasts- light gray floors and pylons lined with dark porcelain; smooth surfaces of black stained glass in a wooden frame and a geometric frieze molding.
